Vision Impairments
Vision impairments can result in many different limitations, and accommodations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. This section includes an overview of some common types of vision impairments, resulting functional limitations, and recommended alternative job accommodations that enable employees to perform job tasks. Also included are sample accommodations that were successfully implemented for employees with vision impairments.
